We got Isaac up too, and then went to the backyard to look up at the night sky. It was very neat. Jason and Isaac saw a few, mom saw a few. and Oliver saw the trucks on the highway in front of our house.
Yeah. Oliver likes trucks. Helen slept through the whole thing. Thank goodness.

I'm jealous. I went out last night to look, but it was very hazy/humid/lightning-stormy/buggy/unbearably-hot-even-at-1AM. I gave it the old college try despite the many obstacles, but I only saw one. Oh well, the Geminids in December ought to be better in Florida. Whose idea was it to put the best meteor shower of the year smack in the middle of hurricane season, anyway?
What amazes me most is that your family was awake after dark! ;)
